I’ve been on the path of ascension since devouring my first self-help book at fifteen. I was obsessed with understanding the mechanics of the human spirit and unpacking my childhood wounds. This insatiable urge ultimately led me to study Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Kinesiology (Transformational and Neurological Organisation Technique), Holographic Kinetics, Swedish Massage, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Yoga, Meditation and the Chakra System.

Having now spent more than twenty years diving deep into my own soul, I’m excited to lighten your load through the tools I’ve learned to ease my own. The path of ascension isn’t an easy one. Some of us consciously choose it but for most of us, it’s thrust upon us by unexpectedly uncomfortable events.
